A request for public records may be made in person, by phone, fax, on-line portal, U.S. mail or email. To assist us in accurately responding to your request, you may, but are not required to, use the Public Records Request form downloadable from the link below. Please note that if you send your request via email, your request and email address will become public record. If you do not want your email address to become public record, do not make your request via email. Communications to the Alachua County Housing Authority are regulated by the Florida Public Records Law.
Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate department for retrieval of records. If it is anticipated that extensive use of resources will be required to satisfy this public records request, a written estimation and justification will be provided to you. If it is contended that any records you are seeking, or any portion thereof, are exempt from inspection or disclosure; the specific exemption will be cited as required by Chapter 119.07(1)(e) of the Florida Statutes and the basis for my conclusions will be provided to you in writing as required by Chapter 119.07(1)(f) of the Florida Statutes.
