Invite to Bid


Alachua County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the ACHA for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the Contact (s).  No bid shall be withdrawn  subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the ACHA.

Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope and will be date stamped upon receipt.

Equipment Location and Viewing

This equipment is located at the Sunshine Inn 4155 NW 13th St Gainesville, FL 32609 unless otherwise noted on the Disposition Form. Viewing arrangements can be made by contacting Ronald Hall, Director of Operations, at 352-372-2549 ext 512, Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
